One of my favorite ways to remember a year is to gather its scattered moments into something I can hold. The 2025 Photo Journal is now being printed.
The finished 44-page book is a visual journey through the year, bringing together photographs and stories about family, travel, music, faith, creative projects, and the people and experiences I am grateful for.
Some memories are tied to familiar places: Wildwood, Knoebels, Ocean City, and Frankenmuth. Others are smaller: time with family, something made by hand, a song taking shape, an ordinary day worth keeping.
The cover carries the words “Good People, Good Times, Grateful.” They feel like the right shorthand for a year full of all three. I am looking forward to having it on paper: a whole year gathered into one volume, ready to revisit one page at a time.
For me, printing gives these photographs a home beyond folders and screens. Now I am waiting for the first time I can turn through the finished book.
